The other day I made this healthy treat for Parker. He wasn't too interested until I handed him a chop stick to eat it with. Then poof, it was super interesting.
Try this out with your toddler:
Cut your banana into pieces,
spread peanut butter (or almond butter) on banana pieces,
sprinkle with finely chopped seeds (we use pumpkin) and
top with a raisin.
Give your toddler a chop stick, Popsicle stick, or coffee stirrer and show them how to pick up the banana pieces with it and eat.
